The larger the organization, the more need for specialization of functions and departments. However, these smaller units simultaneously develop their own dynamics and tend to set their own priorities and get detached. On an individual level, lack of involvement may result in less commitment. Conflicts, absenteeism, insufficient coordination and disinterest are all signs of reduced internal cohesion.
As a consequence, strong internal connectedness will always lead to better results. In creating internal connectedness, we apply a method that enhances the dialogue between employees and managers, between top and floor and between line and staff.
